Quilt Registration Form & Instructions
Eligibility: Entries in the Great River
Quilt Show are open to members of MVQG only. Any quilt not previously shown in an MVQG Quilt show is eligible. Over 350 quilts will be on display.
Judging: Judge for the 2004 show is Ruth Ann Thompson, NQA
certified judge. Judging is optional. Judged entrant will receive a written evaluation with their entry when it is returned.
Categories: Judged; Individual, Duet, Group,
Miniature. Non-judged; Youth, Household and Miscellaneous.
Awards: Ribbons are awarded for 1st, 2nd 3rd, Best of
Show, Honorable Mention. All Youth entries are
awarded ribbons. Special awards: Best of Show, Best Hand Quilting, Best Machine Quilting, Judge's choice, Gentlemen's Choice.

Second-Hand Treasures:
Recycled quilting and sewing related merchandise at garage
sale prices. Books, magazines, patterns, batting, tools, fabric
and more.
Quilt Appraisals: Make
arrangements to have your quilt/s appraised by a AQS
Certified Quilted Textile Appraiser. Quilts of an estimated value
of $300 or more are suitable for appraisal. Written
appraisals are given for Insurance Value, Fair Market Value or
Donation Value. Cost of written appraisal is $35 for a 20
