2004 Wearable Art Show Registration Form
Eligibility: Entries
open only to MVQG members. Any garment not shown at a previous MVQG Quilt Show is eligible.
Rules:
-
Entry may be a single item or ensemble and reflect a creative approach using any technique; stitchery, quilting, embellishment.

Entry does not have to include quilting.
Judging & Awards: Entries may be judged or not judged. The Judge is Ruth Ann Thompson, NQA certified.
Ribbons will be awarded for judged entries: 1st, 2nd 3rd, Honorable Mention.
Registration Deadline &
Fee: Registration Deadline is September 7, 2004. Mail completed Registration Form to: Mary Pement, 49th Ave, Moline, IL 61265.
